I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location couldn't be better as it’s right in the city center, making it super convenient to explore nearby attractions. However, the rooms felt a bit dated and had some preparation issues, which was disappointing. The service was mostly great with friendly staff, although there was a slight hiccup with the cleaning products used. Overall, while the hotel has its charm, improvements in the rooms would definitely enhance the stay.

I had a pretty good experience at the hotel overall. The location was excellent, really close to the city center and perfect for spa access. The rooms were clean and had a nice vibe, but they felt a bit worn out and could use some updating. The staff were friendly and super considerate, especially when they delivered our dinner quietly to not disturb our sleeping baby. On the downside, the dining options could use some improvement, and while the facilities were decent, some areas felt a bit messy.
